2007 Prismé Pinot Noir Blanc

Prismé is a complexly layered wine. The white gold color leads to a nose of cream soda, nutmeg, honeysuckle, and Bartlett pear.  Full bodied and balanced with mouthwatering acidity, this wine bursts with flavors of quince, golden-raspberry, shortbread, and hints of toasted marshmallow.  Tantalizing minerality adds to a long finish with hints of ginger and white pepper.
